Revision Rhinoplasty<\/h3><\/div>

Revision nose surgery defines the operations performed for patients who have previously undergone aesthetic nose surgery and are not satisfied with the aesthetic or functional results despite the passage of one year. In revision nose surgeries, breathing problems and nose shape are corrected, if any.<\/p><\/div>

Preoperative Assessment and Interview<\/strong><\/p>

Revision rhinoplasty patients are patients who have experienced disappointment once. All details of the revision surgery and the level of correction of deformities should be shared realistically. Expectations should be in harmony with the result of the correction that the surgeon can make before the operation so that there will be no disappointment again.<\/p>

Before the revision surgery, the intranasal structures and the cause of the deformation should be determined very well. For this purpose, detailed intranasal and external structures are evaluated. If necessary, computerised tomography can be performed to better evaluate the bones and cartilages.<\/p>

Revision nose surgeries are technically more difficult than the first operations.
